About grounded ember
A warm sanctuary for movement, breath, release and connection.
My Story
I created grounded ember yoga & wellness because I saw a gap in the wellness world. So many spaces focus on intensity, aesthetics, or performance — but what most of us truly need is a place to exhale.
grounded ember was created to offer something different: a space for nervous system support, grounding, connection, and rebuilding from the inside out. A space where you don’t have to push, perform, or pretend — you can simply arrive as you are.
Why It Matters
grounded ember yoga & wellness —is being created as a warm, grounding space for real life — a place where stress softens, your breath steadies, and your nervous system can finally exhale.
This studio is rooted in my own healing. Yoga carried me through some of the hardest seasons of my life, including a severe back injury during pregnancy that left me unable to walk. Recovery didn’t come from pushing through pain. It came from slowing down, breathing, and learning to reconnect with my body. That experience reshaped me, and it’s woven into every part of Grounded Ember.
I know what it feels like to need a safe place to land — somewhere steady, supportive, and real. Grounded Ember exists to offer that same space to you. A place where you can move gently, breathe deeply, and reconnect with yourself again.
Before the Studio Opens
grounded ember yoga & wellness opens September 26, 2026, at W137S6336 Suite 1 Janesville Rd, Muskego, WI.
We’re building a warm, grounding space designed for real life — a place where stress melts, your breath steadies, and your nervous system can finally exhale. The studio will offer a thoughtful mix of heated flow, gentle heated classes, grounding non‑heated practices, and restorative Yin, all created to support everybody.
Our infrared heat provides clean, therapeutic warmth that helps muscles open safely, improves circulation, boosts mobility, and supports natural detoxification. Yoga itself strengthens the body, calms the nervous system, improves flexibility, and creates a steady space to reconnect with yourself.
The studio isn’t open yet, but the heart of grounded ember is already alive — through local pop‑up classes and weekly sessions at the Muskego Circle Community Center.
This season is about building community, creating connection, and offering a space to breathe, move, and feel supported before the doors officially open.
The Vision
grounded ember exists to be a sanctuary for all—a space that meets you where you are.
A place that honors the reality of modern life—stress, burnout, overstimulation—and offers a path back to feeling strong, steady, connected, and whole.
Whether you’re new to yoga or returning to yourself after a long season, grounded ember is here to help you find your center again.
