This summer is all about building community, creating connection, and giving women a place to breathe before the studio opens in September 2026. I’m bringing grounded ember into the neighborhoods of Muskego, Franklin, Hales Corners, Oak Creek and New Berlin with warm, welcoming pop‑ups and weekly classes. Learn more about the Summer Vibes Series and the future classes we will be offering at the new studio this fall below. I hope to see you this summer and at our new Muskego studio in fall!
Summer Vibes Series
Pop Up Yoga at Hillside Coffee – Oak Creek
Join us at the charming Hillside Coffee in Oak Creek from 8:30 - 9:30 am for a grounding outdoor yoga experience beneath their beautiful willow tree. You’ll move through gentle, accessible yoga, slow breathwork, and a short meditation designed to help you release stress and reconnect with yourself.
Saturday, July 25 — 8:30-9:30 AM
Sunday, August 23 — 8:30–9:30 AM
After class, enjoy a free coffee or $3 off any specialty drink — your choice. Stay for a bit, sip something warm, and connect with other yogis in a cozy, welcoming space.
This pop‑up is all about community, connection, and calm — the perfect way to start your weekend and experience the heart of grounded ember yoga.
Summer Vibes Series
Weekly Yoga at Muskego Circle Community Center – Muskego
Join us weekly at Muskego Circle Community Center (Rapids Room Lower Level) in Muskego, WI on Tuesdays at 6:00 pm to breathe, move and connect all summer long.
Classes will run July 14 through the end of August
These classes start with breath work, meditation and flow into non heated vinyasa yoga — perfect for beginners, and anyone craving nervous system support and mindful movement.

Below is the tentative weekly class lineup planned for opening. Each class is designed to support real life, real bodies, and a calm, steady nervous system.
Power Heated Flow (96°)
A strong, energizing heated vinyasa class that builds heat, strength, and confidence.
Gently Heated Flow (86°)
A slower, softer flow with gentle infrared warmth—perfect for beginners or anyone wanting a calming practice.
Yin Yoga (Non‑Heated)
A quiet, meditative class with long, supported holds for deep release and grounding.
Grounded Flow + Breath Meditation (Non‑Heated)
A mid‑week reset with gentle movement, breathwork, and grounding meditation.
Upbeat Saturday Power Flow (96°)
A fun, energizing weekend class with fiery flow and uplifting music.
